Job Description:

As a Semi-Skilled Technician, you’ll work alongside experienced technicians, gaining practical skills through on-the-job training and structured courses (both online and in-person). This role is perfect for those eager to learn and advance in a stable, rewarding career.

Responsibilities:

Assist skilled technicians with repair, installation, maintenance, or computer-related issues of vehicles.
Participate in paid technical training, including online courses and in-person workshops.
Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
Complete training assignments and apply new skills on the job.
Collaborate with team members and contribute to a positive work environment.

Requirements:

High school diploma or GED.
Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
Willingness to learn and dedicate time to after-hours training (e.g., online courses).
Commitment to career growth and advancing in the technician role.
Ability to meet physical demands of the job (e.g., lifting, climbing, working in various conditions).
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (preferred).

Preferred Qualifications:

Prior experience in the automotive field or completion of a secondary education program.
Basic mechanical or technical skills (e.g., familiarity with tools or equipment).
